Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after receiving the item.
The item must be brand new, unused, and kept in its original packaging with tags attached.
Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must purchase and print the return label by themselves.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Customer’s personal selection mistake, such as choosing the wrong model or color
Simply changing mind
Customized products or Final Sale items

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item is damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 14 days after delivery and provide clear photos or videos.
After review, we will either resend the same item free of charge or issue a refund.
The following cases will not be handled:
Damage caused by customer misuse, accident, or improper storage
Claims submitted after 14 days
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this time, the order will enter the processing stage and cannot be canceled or changed.
If an order is canceled within 12 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to cover processing and administrative costs.
