4. Shipping Issues
After shipment, Alex's Jerseys is not responsible for the following issues:
Shipping delays
Packages marked as “Delivered” but lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address
Issues caused by the customer entering an incorrect address
If the package is lost in transit but has not been marked as “Delivered,” you may contact us for assistance with investigation. A replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully check your address before placing an order.
If you need to make changes, please email us within 24 hours after purchase.
After this time, if the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, no compensation or further handling will be provided.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued if the following conditions are met:
The item is returned within 14 days and passes inspection;
The return is not made after 14 days;
The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the bank to process the refund.
